About the Homeowners and Collectors:

Dr. Fred and Joanne Doloresco
Midwestern impressionist Fred Doloresco paints urban scenes as well as landscapes and figurative works with a looseness of style and paint application reminiscent of American impressionist masters. Doloresco is a graduate of St. Louis University and has been chosen for multiple Oil Painters of America national and regional shows. He is a signature member of Oil Painters of America and has won Best of Show awards at Indiana Heritage Arts and National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society’s exhibitions as well as several other recognized national shows. Please enjoy Fred’s original artwork as well as the Deloresco’s extensive personal art collection.

Yvonne J. Boseker
Yvonne J. Boseker and her late husband’s interest in collecting early California art began shortly after their arrival in California after living for several years in Minnesota. They purchased their first two paintings—Yosemite Falls, an 1885 work by Thomas Hill and High Sierra by William Keith—during a trip to San Francisco in 1969. They were drawn to the natural beauty of the California landscapes depicted in the paintings and subsequently made a significant contribution to the Laguna Beach Art Museum starting a fund for early California art. Thus began what is today an encyclopedic collection of more than 200 works of early California art by 175 different artists. In addition to Yvonne’s California collection, she has a considerable collection of captivating art. Enjoy!
