Gallery on Wheels
In a time of shrinking educational budgets, Gallery On Wheels provides a wonderful way for students to learn from art. Students will discuss standards based topics and have a chance to visualize concepts they are already learning in the classroom. Because of its overwhelming popularity, (13,500 students served in 06-07) the Fort Wayne Museum of Art has many new collections, each with a different focus.
How much does it cost?
Thanks to organizations like the Fort Wayne Art League and community grants Gallery On Wheels is FREE!!!! However, we do ask you to coordinate with other teachers so that our visit is as productive as possible.
