Knoll believes good design is good business. Since their founding in 1938, Knoll has been recognized as a design leader worldwide. Their furniture designs are exhibited in major art museums worldwide, with more than 40 pieces in the permanent Design Collection of The Museum of Modern Art in New York. This exhibit focuses on the modern furniture designed in the 20th century, ranging from 1925 through 2006.
