When should I book Gallery on Wheels?
As soon as possible to increase the possibility of getting the date you want, but at least 2-3 weeks before your desired date.
How do I schedule a presentation?
You can schedule Gallery on Wheels with Joslyn Elliott, Assistant Curator of Education, at 260- 422-6467 ext. 319 or elliott@fwmoa.org.
When is Gallery on Wheels available?
Monday through Friday starting at 9 am, if an earlier time is needed it can be arranged.
What Collections are available?
Look through our Gallery on Wheels page or contact us for the variety of collections we have available, along with the appropriate age groups.
How much does Gallery on Wheels cost?
It is FREE.
How often can the FWMoA come to a location?
Due to the popularity of the program we have a limit of two visits per school/organization per year. Contact us if you have any concerns.
What is the maximum/minimum number
of students for Gallery on Wheels?
• We would like to see as many students as possible within our time at your location. We ask you to coordinate with other teachers, so that our visit is as productive as possible.
• Due to the popularity of the program and to make it as productive for all of us we require that we see at least
150 students in one visit. Contact us if you have any concerns.
What do I need to supply for the FWMA?
• Space for about one dozen easels and room for the students
• A 1/2 hour set-up and tear-down time for the presenter
• A schedule of the day
What information will I need to
schedule my Gallery on Wheels?
• Several possible dates along with start times
• Your school name
• School address
• School telephone number
• Number of students
• Grade of students
• Your email address for easier communication
• Which Collection you would like us to present
• Length and number of presentations
What if the date I request aren’t available?
Please provide:
• The collection that interests you most.
• The best day of the week for Gallery on Wheels to visit.
