K-12 Resources
The Museum’s Auer Art Library is one of the most extensive in all Northern Indiana and features a wide range of books and other materials that address historical and contemporary art from all over the world. Our holdings have been automated as part of our expansion project and may be checked out by any member of the Museum. In addition to materials for adults, the Auer Art Library features a special collection of books, DVDs, audio tapes, activity sets, and resource materials especially oriented to the exploration of art in the K – 12 environment. Augmenting these resources, we also offer Museums By Mail, traveling exhibits designed for classroom use, and Discovery Boxes filled with materials and activities designed to offer deeper insight into particular art processes, genres, and styles. For more information contact Librarian Anne Hall at hall@fwmoa.org.
